HR Support Officer

Job Summary
Process employee changes, prepare HR documentation, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, act as first point of contact for HR questions, manage sickness absence administration and payroll administration, support annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus rounds, maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook, contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Hybrid role based in The Hague. Requires a Bachelor’s degree level in HR or related field, 3–5 years HR experience, and knowledge of Dutch employment law. Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong organizational and communication skills.
