HR Supervisor (Plastic Packaging Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop and implement employee KPIs and performance evaluation systems, and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) regulations. Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning, maintain HR documentation, and prepare reports while supporting employee relations and other initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company, and strong knowledge of recruitment tools and K3 standards. Full-time office work is required for this position within the plastic packaging manufacturing sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in developing employee KPIs and performance management systems
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and recruitment tools
- Good understanding of K3 (Occupational Health & Safety)
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is preferred
