HR SUPERVISOR - 2nd Shift

HR Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily HR operations within a poultry processing facility. Responsibilities include supervising recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and record keeping; ensuring compliance with EEOC, FLSA, OSHA, I-9, E-Verify and state/local laws; administering policies and serving as the point of contact for employee concerns. Supports workforce planning, staffing levels, and retention in a fast-paced production environment; oversees timekeeping and payroll coordination; assists in recruiting hourly roles and administration of company policies. May require flexible hours (morning/evening/weekends/holidays). Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in HR or related field (or equivalent), 3+ years HR experience, supervisory experience preferred, strong knowledge of employment laws, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Travel within the facility may be required; work environment includes office and cold/wet plant setting; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
