Job Summary
The HR Strategy Senior Generalist is responsible for aligning human resources practices with strategic goals, overseeing key HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, and compliance. The role requires strong technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage workforce data effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in janitorial, facility services, or a similar labor-intensive industry
- Strong understanding of hourly field workforce dynamics and labor cost management
- Knowledge of employment laws, wage and hour compliance, and safety regulations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required due to workforce needs
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse employee populations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS or workforce scheduling systems
