Job Summary
Senior HR Strategy and Program Manager responsible for designing and overseeing a program of people-related actions that support the Opera House’s Everyone’s House strategy, building a strong culture, uplifting capability, supporting organisational sustainability and enhancing the employee experience. The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, program and project delivery, HR systems (Tier 1 HCM, preferably Oracle HRM), reporting to inform workforce planning, risk management, and data-informed decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate across levels of the organization to lead successful change initiatives, ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and drive initiatives that improve culture, capability and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years' experience in a senior HR generalist role delivering people strategies that achieve business outcomes
- Strong experience in HR systems, preferably HCM (Oracle HRM)
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and change leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of HR governance and employment legislation
