Job Summary
Support recruitment activities by discussing vacancies with managers, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers. Assist HR Business Partners and Officers with Learning & Development, onboarding, internal communication, absence guidance, and organizing workshops or events. Collaborate on diverse HR tasks across multiple locations, including Delfzijl, Dordrecht, and Rodenbach, while gaining exposure to the full recruitment process and organizational structure.
Required Qualifications
- hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde, Psychologie of een vergelijkbare studie
- op zoek naar een meeloop- of afstudeerstage
- Nederlandse taal goed, in woord en geschrift
- Engelse taal goed, in woord en geschrift
- Wonen binnen een straal van 75km van Farmsum
