Job Summary
Oversee direct support services and field operations staffing needs by identifying shortages, creating work schedules, and listing vacancies with recruitment agencies. Design company policies, set objectives, and develop staffing strategies to ensure compliance with labor regulations while managing background checks and maintaining confidentiality. Assist the HR department with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees, including writing job listings, reviewing candidates, and facilitating interviews. Monitor staff performance, prepare daily and weekly reports, and confirm staff details for accurate compensation.
Required Qualifications
