Job Summary
HR Staffing Coordinator Intern will assist in coordinating staffing and recruiting processes for healthcare-focused teams; duties include sourcing candidates via web-based methods and ATS/HRIS usage, conducting initial interviews, assisting with New Hire paperwork, developing job descriptions, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining HR records. Strong communication, multitasking, organizational skills, and comfort interacting with candidates are required; bilingual abilities (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) are preferred. Flexible schedule with a five-day-week preference; internship is unpaid and site is Cherry Hill, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- At least a year of HR Recruiting or Staffing Coordination experience
- Current college student, or recent graduate
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in HRIS Software
- Must consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
