HR Specialist

Organisation Design Specialist responsible for designing, analysing and optimizing organisational structures, roles and operating models to sustainably support business strategy, performance and organisational agility. The role combines deep subject matter expertise, data driven analysis, and senior level advisory capability, ensuring that organisation design is applied consistently within governance, job evaluation frameworks and employee representation requirements. Key responsibilities include designing and redesigning structures (As Is / To Be), conducting diagnostics (spans & layers, grade pyramids, FTE development, role distribution), executing job evaluation and ensuring internal consistency of job titles and grades, advising senior leaders, developing health and performance insights through people analytics, and training stakeholders in organisation design principles with standards and playbooks.
