Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires by following established processes and timelines, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions, providing timely information and escalating complex issues as appropriate. Lead weekly New Hire Orientation sessions to deliver consistent information on company policies, culture, and values. Enter, update, and maintain employee data within the HRIS system, conducting scheduled data quality audits to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Process HR transactions including new hires, personal change requests, and time-and-labor system maintenance while maintaining accurate I-9 and E-Verify documentation. Work Monday through Friday in an office-based environment with eligibility for hybrid arrangements, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with occasional evening or weekend availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to effectively communicate and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels
  • Strong sense of urgency in both action and communication
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • Prior experience in an HR, onboarding, or shared services environment
  • Working knowledge of federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience using Paylocity
  • Experience using Fieldglass or other vendor management systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
