HR Specialist

Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and contracts in line with GDPR requirements while coordinating payroll updates and supporting HR cost controlling for the UK. Manage recruitment for junior and mid-level positions, including job postings, CV screening, and interview logistics, and deliver an effective onboarding experience across Scotland and London teams. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, policies, and basic employee relations matters, while supporting case management activities such as probation reviews and attendance processes. Organize training sessions, maintain development records, and assist with cyclical activities like performance reviews, salary inputs, and workforce reporting. Ensure local execution of policies aligned with UK and Group-wide practices, and contribute to Group initiatives including reward, wellbeing, and diversity programs.
