Job Summary
Manage local recruiting efforts for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles by posting positions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and employment documentation, while maintaining accurate employee records and communicating changes to corporate HR. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and supervisors, addressing workplace issues, assisting with performance and corrective actions, and conducting investigations. Support high-volume hiring and facility growth through job fairs, workforce organization partnerships, and day-to-day HR policy implementation. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment requirements and prepare HR reports as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience preferred, particularly in recruiting, employee relations, or general HR
- Previous experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or similar hourly workforce strongly preferred
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and onboarding is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Comfortable working independently while receiving guidance and support from corporate HR leadership
- Fluent English is required
- Spanish and/or Chinese language skills are highly desirable but not required
