Job Summary
HR Specialist providing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations support in Huntsville, AL. Responsible for posting openings, screening resumes, coordinating onboarding (including I-9), maintaining compliant HR records, benefits coordination, training logistics and records in the HRIS/HCM, running HR reports, conducting audits, and supporting the annual performance review cycle. Requires collaboration with IT, facilities, payroll, and diverse teams; strong written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. Eligible candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years of HR/recruiting experience; U.S. citizenship is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and discretion with sensitive information
- US Citizenship Required
