Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruiting by sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, and referrals, then manage the hiring journey from screening to offer extension. Partner with managers to define staffing needs and develop targeted strategies while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future roles, track recruiting metrics to improve the process, and support onboarding and HR system maintenance. This role requires 3+ years of experience and proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn tools. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience
- Experience using an ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
- Understand employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Love solving problems and finding creative ways to attract talent
- Can balance multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities
- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
- Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting
