Job Summary
Be part of TD's Retirement, Benefits and Well-being team in Canada, leading end-to-end colleague perk and benefit programs (e.g., vehicle program, scholarship programs for dependents, banking discounts, gym partnerships) while ensuring compliance and delivering practical guidance to HR partners and business leaders. Design, launch and manage programs, monitor costs and usage, drive improvements, manage stakeholders and vendors, communicate program content, and maintain governance and data reporting to support decision-making. Requires an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; responsibilities span program ownership, advice, design, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a Canadian (Toronto) context.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of colleague benefits or similar programs
- Strong program management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make practical recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Clear and simple communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools
