Job Summary
Administer monthly payroll for 300 employees, process salary adjustments, and resolve payroll discrepancies while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and statutory deductions. Manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for offshore and onshore roles, develop strategic recruitment plans, and maintain a talent pipeline to support business growth. Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations, handle employee relations and grievances, and implement HR policies to enhance workplace productivity. Maintain accurate employee records and contracts. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Chartered HR certification, and 3-5 years of experience with high-volume recruitment. Salary ranges between N300,000.00 - N400,000.00 monthly net.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Chartered membership or certification from a recognized HR professional body
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll processing and recruitment
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Solid knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, especially for offshore, onshore, and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
