Job Summary
Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for designated client accounts while establishing trust-based relationships with school leadership. Provide expert consultation to implement HR best practices, oversee service implementation, and ensure strict compliance with labor laws and policies. Deliver training to employees and company leadership, generate insightful HR metrics for decision-making, and assist the HR Manager team with large-scale initiatives, complex employee relations issues, and peak-season workflows. Maintain organizational systems and documentation to drive departmental efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field of study
- Current SHRM certification or a proactive commitment to obtaining it
- A foundational knowledge of HR principles
