Job Summary
HR Specialist at Mercury Electronics providing payroll processing, time & attendance, benefits enrollment (health, dental, vision, life, disability, AFLAC) via HRIS and payroll software; respond to employee benefits questions; ensure compliance with state, local, and federal laws; assist Welfare and Fitness benefits, orientation, training, performance reviews, and employee relations; contribute to developing and documenting HR processes, procedures and policies to drive efficiency; coordinate recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, and employee relations; support HR Manager and HR Specialist and handle confidential information.

- Experience in a manufacturing company a plus
- Overtime ability
