Job Summary
HR Specialist (administrative HR) supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, acting as a key liaison between employees and HR Business Partners, executing all administrative HR activities, managing personnel data, handling HR invoices, maintaining compliant HR records, preparing reference letters, and contributing to international HR projects and process optimizations. Strong knowledge of German labor law, payroll elements, and HR processes; proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (ideally Workday); fluent in German and English; proactive, organized, and collaborative.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen HR-Arbeit, insbesondere in administrativen Prozessen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Word)
- Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen, idealerweise Workday
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
