Job Summary
HR Specialist, Learning & Benefits responsible for overseeing learning and development, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee communications. Manages daily HR office operations, creates and maintains learning modules, supports attendance auditing and enrollments in HRIS, explains benefit options, assists with leave management, and contributes to wellness programs and events. Ensures I-9 compliance, maintains confidentiality, and supports management with training and policy communications. Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- PHR certification preferred
- Two years HR experience and/or training
- Experience with HRIS
- Knowledge of I-9 compliance
- Experience creating and updating learning modules
- Strong organizational and communication skills
