Job Summary
HR Specialist at Konami Gaming to support core HR operations, including background check administration, offer letter preparation, HRIS data management, immigration tracking, and compensation-related support, plus onboarding, front-desk backup, data integrity, records management, reporting, and HR process improvements. Requires strong confidentiality, handling pre-employment activities, coordinating immigration and green card efforts, maintaining HR portals/SharePoint, partnering with payroll, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires Associate’s degree or higher and 3+ years HR experience; ability to obtain gaming licensure; proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of HR laws; potential HR certification a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, Communications, or related field
- Three or more years of human resources experience in a professional environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain Gaming licensure
- Excellent computer skills; advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of laws governing Human Resources
- HR certification a plus
