Job Summary
HR Generalist Specialist – Europe providing strategic HR partnership and operational support across multiple European countries; manages workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, case resolution, onboarding/offboarding, and ensures compliance with European labor laws and Works Councils while embedding global HR processes locally; collaborates with Centers of Expertise to drive global programs and optimize HR operations in Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or related field.
- Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Operations experience supporting European markets.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, investigations, and HR case management.
- Experience interacting with or negotiating with Unions and/or Works Councils.
- Knowledge of employment legislation across European jurisdictions.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global or fast-paced evolving organization.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional European languages preferred.
