Job Summary
HR Specialist II responsible for enabling and coaching managers on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, performance management), supporting HRBPs with change management projects, absence management liaison, implementing people plans and HR projects, day-to-day HR advice, records maintenance, training facilitation with L&D, succession planning and talent management, policy compliance, and collaboration across HR teams in a fast-paced IT/Office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience of employee relations preferably within a fast paced IT/Office environment
- Experience of handling complex employee relations issues
- Ability to coach managers on performance and ER issues
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with virtual teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- HR additional qualification preferred, though not essential
