Job Summary
HR Specialist (m/f/d) in Huawei's Munich Research Center responsible for supporting COE modules with HR policy, processes, IT and templates; assisting with recruitment, performance management, promotions, talent development, and HR team operations; coordinating with HQ and HRBP topics; handling non-employee management; working in an international environment with fluency in Chinese, English, and German; German labor law/visa knowledge advantageous; located in Munich, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Initial experience in a similar function and/or completed academic degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or related field
- Work experience in HR
- International working experience across different functions/countries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture
- Fluent in Chinese/English/German
- Basic knowledge of German labor law or visa issues is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
