HR Specialist for Manufacturing - Temporary Position

Job Summary
Provide end-to-end local HR services tailored to the needs of the business unit, serving as the primary contact for employee and manager queries regarding self-service transactions, policy interpretation, and process support. Manage ongoing onboarding, local learning activities, engagement action plans, and local events while resolving facility-related tasks. Deliver administrative and operational support for key international projects with a focus on employee experience and continuous improvement of operational HR services. This temporary role requires face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation at the Clinceni Plant.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in People Team Department
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrable excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage and collaborate with people at all levels
- Good knowledge in local labor law
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Presence at Strada Drumul Mare, nr. 8, Clinceni, județul Ilfov
- Degree in Law, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or other relevant business area
Desired Qualifications
- MSc in Human Resources Management
