Job Summary
HR Specialist to support operations in Lithuania and Estonia (hybrid work model). You will oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and administration of employment contracts across Lithuania and Estonia, maintain employee records in Workday and Oixio, assist with HR reporting, collaborate with global and market HR teams on transformation initiatives, and contribute to Health and Safety activities. Reports to Head of HR and supports global HR projects while coordinating with operations, finance, sales, and the technical center. Position is a fixed-term role until end of June 2027 with salary 2500-2730 Eur gross/month and benefits, located in Vilnius with hybrid work and additional parking.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of work experience in Human Resources field
- Hands-on experience with HRIS system
- Knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Code
- Good English knowledge
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Good organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to prioritize tasks
