Job Summary

Collaborate with production managers to implement staffing solutions and oversee employee relations regarding safety, efficiency, and morale. Administer attendance policies, coach staff on company procedures, and manage documentation for on-boarding, off-boarding, and personnel files. Work with the accounting department to process payroll accurately and support budgeting for HR expenses. Lead recruitment for manufacturing roles, enforce safety regulations, and coordinate training programs to address specific industry needs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, manufacturing experience, and knowledge of safety compliance. Based in an office and shop environment with no relocation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with clerical and administrative HR functions
  • Understanding of basic payroll processes
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • There is no relocation for this position

Desired Qualifications
