HR Specialist

HR Specialist responsible for supporting recruitment, employee evaluations, training, and maintaining employee records; collaborates with the HR Director on issues and ways to improve service to the program. Duties include entering employee data into Paylocity, using Paylocity to ensure proper information, manage employee corrective action, manage E-verify, ensure employees' training is completed, maintain employee records, manage benefits enrollment, oversee compliance with policy and procedures manual, and manage workers' compensation insurance.
