Job Summary
HR Specialist responsible for implementing HR policies, supporting hiring, conducting employee evaluations and training, and maintaining personnel records. Collaborates with the HR Director to improve service and ensures compliance with policy and procedures. Responsibilities include recruiting, data entry in Paylocity, managing corrective actions, E-verify, ensuring training completion, benefits enrollment, and maintaining employee records, with a focus on crisis handling, writing and general public relations skills as part of interfacing with medical, professional, and state employees. Minimum qualifications include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and strong verbal/written communication, supervisory experience, and organizational skills. 35-40 hours weekly; starting wage of 19.50/hour.
