Job Summary
Oversee HRIS data integrity and administration by maintaining accurate employee records for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Conduct routine audits to ensure reporting integrity and document findings for corrective actions. Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to verify codes and mappings that drive accurate processing. Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures across company platforms including training, Teams, and SharePoint. Own intake and resolution of inquiries through the ticketing system while managing labor law posters for all departments. Support HR reporting needs with clean, validated data and act as a special projects coordinator as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR
- 2-3 years of HR or related field experience
