Job Summary
HR Specialist to lead onsite HR initiatives supporting leadership and Outfitters in staffing, training, engagement, orientation and onboarding, and administrative functions. Handles HRIS/payroll, confidentiality, performance management, travel coordination, and liaison with the General Manager; supports recruitment, training monitoring, policy communication, and compliance across store operations; promotes world-class customer service and a positive working environment, with duties including processing employment actions, records-keeping, and providing guidance on HR-related policies and practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years human resources and administrative/office experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
