Job Summary
HR Specialist role responsible for recruitment, onboarding, administrative support, compliance, and special projects within Bar Harbor Bank & Trust; requires an associates or bachelor’s degree in HR (preferred) and 1+ years of professional HR experience; must interact with senior leaders and external candidates, with strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills; familiarity with Federal and State employment regulations and HR best practices preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or related field) is preferred
- 1 or more years of professional experience
- Familiarity with Federal and State employment regulations and HR best practices preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume tasks
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel
