Job Summary
Update personnel files and workforce data accurately inside the HRIS while ensuring company operations follow local, state, and federal labor regulations. Answer routine staff questions regarding health plans, paid time off, or compensation changes and coordinate annual open enrollment activities. Post open positions, screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communications to facilitate new-hire orientations and process exit paperwork. Maintain compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, SCA, and other applicable regulations. This role supports ASR International's global management and technical support services to government agencies and Fortune 500 customers, requiring proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in an HR or administrative support role or related functions
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High level of confidentiality
- Strong organization
- Detail orientation
- Clear verbal/written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with government contracting or government support roles
- Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance and regulations
- Experience supporting government contractors or professional services firms
- Experience managing multi-state insurance programs and employee benefit plans
