Job Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate management of payroll, pension, housing funds, and IIT. Duties include reviewing and updating compensation and benefits policies, assisting with budget preparations, managing leave and attendance records, conducting salary and employee surveys, and handling employment and exit processes in compliance with regulations. The role requires a solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and familiarity with local labor laws. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, along with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR field including at least 2 years in equivalent role
- Good sense in C&B, performance management and ER
- Familiar with China labor law and local labor regulation
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skill
- Can work under pressure
- Good planning skills
- Fluent English both in written and oral
