Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in human resources or related field
- Experience using Recruiting, HRIS, and Payroll platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, JazzHR, Paylocity, Paychex, Rippling, Employee Navigator)
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, and MS Teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple client priorities
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience updating employee payroll and HR records
