Job Summary
The HR Specialist & Administrative Manager will oversee various human resources functions, including benefits administration and recruiting support, along with managing day-to-day HR operations. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to support cross-functional initiatives, ideal for experienced HR professionals looking to contribute to strategic and hands-on HR work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of HR experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience navigating benefits and payroll platforms (i.e., Paychex, NetSuite)
- Proficiency with HR and business software platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools and calendaring software (i.e., Monday.com)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in event planning or sustainability/ESG initiatives
