HR Specialist 50 - 60%

Conduct holistic HR management for assigned locations, acting as the central contact for employees and leaders from recruitment inquiries through exit. Coordinate the full recruiting process, including candidate pipeline management, job requirement consulting, and selection support alongside HR & Recruiting Assistants. Manage employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, contract administration, and mutations while maintaining high data quality in Recruitee and other HR systems. Collaborate with payroll and contribute to HR process development projects within a small, versatile team. Work 50–60% time in Winterthur, requiring strong German skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel topics.
