Job Summary
HR Solutions Analyst – Workday to bridge HR expertise with technology-driven solutions. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system design and configuration of Workday modules (Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits), implementation support (data migration, testing, user training, change management), system maintenance, process improvement, reporting and analytics, and project management for Workday-related initiatives. Requires Workday HCM knowledge, HR domain expertise, business analysis, and project management skills, plus familiarity with data manipulation and system integrations. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential; PMP, CBAP, or Workday certifications are a plus. This is a full-time exempt, hybrid role based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA after a 90-day probationary period, with additional consideration for Irvine, CA per location hints.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Expertise: Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities
- HR Domain Knowledge: Recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle management
- Business Analysis Skills: Gather and analyze requirements, translate to functional specifications, document process flows
- Project Management Skills: Plan, execute, monitor projects with defined timelines and milestones
- Technical Skills: Data manipulation, reporting tools, understanding of system integrations
- Communication and Collaboration: Interact with HR leadership, technical teams, and end-users
