HR Shared Services- Total Rewards

Provide centralized human resource administration and support across Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll. Collaborate across the HR function to establish operational standards, ensure accurate transaction processing, and administer programs effectively. Lead daily operations with high autonomy, delegate tasks to junior team members, and review work product while providing guidance on complex administrative duties. This role supports the expanding Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune as Medtronic separates its Diabetes division to drive future growth and innovation.
