Job Summary
Lead the Tier 2 HR team in Lithuania, driving stable service delivery across Europe and managing complex escalations, operational issues, and recurring queries. Own end-to-end process management by coordinating activities to simplify workflows, standardize practices, and enhance the employee experience using insights from service data and feedback. Build stakeholder partnerships with HRSC leadership, Country HR, and HR Business Partners to ensure clear communication and visible ownership of outcomes. Monitor performance metrics, risk trends, and compliance to maintain audit readiness and implement corrective actions where needed.
