Job Summary
Coordinate campus recruiting events, manage candidate communication, and schedule interviews for student recruitment at the Propulsion Technical Center. Support intern and co-op onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities while assisting with HR reporting, data entry, and personnel file maintenance. Identify process improvements to simplify workflows and leverage technology for better recruitment coordination and employee experience. Provide first-level support to employees and students in a customer-focused manner. Work 20-30 hours weekly during the school year with onsite reporting three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate full-time student attending an accredited college or university
- preference for pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, university relations, student programs, employee experience, or process improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with candidates, students, employees, managers, and HR partners
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
