HR Shared Services Intern

HR Shared Services Intern will support HR administration for the employee life cycle, act as the first point of contact for HR queries, and help ensure data integrity across HR systems. Responsibilities include processing requests from various IFS offices, updating employee records in IFS Thor (Cloud) per SOPs, handling tickets in Assyst, providing a best-in-class customer experience for colleagues, correcting data inaccuracies, and assisting with document uploads. The role involves hybrid work with a global context and requires basic HRIS exposure; prior IT or Shared Services internship experience is beneficial.
