Job Summary
Provide quality HR service center support for Home Depot associates and managers via inbound or outbound calls, faxes or emails addressing pay and HR issues; identify and document issues, process transactions, and escalate to Tier II for resolution; support organizational changes through high-volume transactional support; process transaction requests; deliver exceptional customer service. 90% of duties involve handling inbound calls, identifying processing needs, processing transactions, and escalating issues; 10% assigned to special projects. Requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, teamwork, and a positive attitude; bilingual Spanish is a plus; ability to navigate multiple computer applications and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- HR experience in a shared services environment
- Case management application experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Patience, teamwork, self-motivated, upbeat and a great attitude
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
