Job Summary
HR Services Analyst responsible for accurate, compliant execution of EMEA HR operational processes (preboarding, benefits enrollment, offboarding, employment verification, leave, contract management, PR/PO processing). Serves as SME for assigned EMEA country HR processes, partnering with HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Manages complex, multi-discipline HR cases with minimal escalation, ensures GDPR/data privacy compliance, validates data in Oracle, and supports HR documentation, preboarding, offboarding, and cross-functional coordination with IT, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement. Requires experience with Oracle HRMS and ServiceNow, strong GDPR knowledge, multi-country benefits/leave administration, and multi-language documentation. Proactive in process improvements, SOPs, and KPI/quality assurance for HR operations across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of progressive experience in EMEA HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR role with demonstrated EMEA-specific operational scope.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing EMEA HR operational processes across multiple countries, including familiarity with EMEA employment laws, benefits administration practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, country-specific labor law compliance).
- Proven ability to independently handle complex multi-country HR cases and make informed judgment calls on EMEA-specific HR processes without routine escalation.
- Proficiency in Oracle HRMS and ServiceNow (or equivalent service management platform) for HR transaction processing and case management.
- Strong working knowledge of GDPR and EMEA data privacy frameworks; demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee data in full compliance with applicable regulations.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with direct experience engaging and partnering with EMEA HR Business Partners (HRBPs), country HR leads, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Payroll, Procurement).
- Experience managing multi-country benefits administration, leave administration, contract management, and employment documentation for EMEA-based employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multi-language documentation and communicate effectively across culturally diverse EMEA teams.
- Awareness of works council structures, employee representation requirements, and co-determination principles applicable to EMEA operations.
