Job Summary
HR Services Advisor supporting global clients in HR processes across the worker life cycle, onboarding, contracts, compliance, and payroll-related tasks, with focus on UK & Ireland; remote-first with flexibility to meet life needs; collaborate with HR Services Manager and global teams to ensure legal compliance and smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant Local Labor Law/HR experience
- Exposure to employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave management)
- Strong working knowledge of local labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance - UK & Ireland experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and resilience
- Deadline-oriented with experience in Zendesk or any ticketing system (advantageous)
- Customer service focus
Desired Qualifications
- UK & Ireland HR experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Experience with payroll and onboarding processes
