Job Summary
HR Services Administrator (German) responsible for entering, maintaining, processing, auditing, and reporting sensitive People data; acts as primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes; creates documentation to capture knowledge; supports process-improvement tasks and special projects; analyzes HR system transactions, coordinates cases to meet SLAs, and collaborates with an international team. Requires fluent English and German (at least B2), strong communication, and ability to track cases for documentation and allocation in a hybrid on-site role at the Kraków office (Wielicka 30) 3-5 days per month; offers benefits including private medical care, life insurance, 401(k) in US market, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
