Job Summary
Manage all payroll inputs, reports, controls, and inquiries by executing processes accurately and timely as a hands-on processor. Resolve incoming requests via email or workflow tools, update client applications according to user guides, and escalate complex issues while adhering to business rules and Australian payroll legislation. Ensure data security, maintain high accuracy, and propose process improvements to enhance controls and transparency. Participate in team building activities and demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience/knowledge in Payroll for Australia region in airline/aviation industry
- Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good organizational & prioritisation skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multi-cultural awareness

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of any ERP application would be plus i.e. ADP, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos, tc
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table, etc) would be a plus
