HR Service Delivery Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze client processes against business rules and execute HR service delivery tasks with high accuracy. Master specific workflows to resolve queries, perform root cause analysis on issues, and propose process improvements that enhance controls and reduce time. Maintain and update process documentation, ensure compliance with LWI standards, and create effective QC and audit mechanisms to meet SLAs. Support the team by training members on new processes, conducting knowledge transfers, and generating daily stats and reports. Assist with administrative activities including onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management while ensuring data confidentiality. Be available on the floor to resolve process issues and participate in team initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Relevant years of HR Experience
- Workforce administration experience (Job changes, exits, leave of absence etc)
- Experience supporting Australian clients
- Specific exposure to the airline sector
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors EC module
- Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time
- Excellent interpersonal skills - can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong customer orientation - high level of responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Good organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills to deliver to deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate high levels of confidentiality
- Attention to detail & quality driven – in communications and all system transactions
- Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner and escalate where appropriate
