Job Summary
HR Service Center Representative providing Tier I HR support via telephone and case management tools. Responsibilities include handling inquiries about HR policies, guiding employees to online tools, utilizing translation services for non-English inquiries, documenting interactions in the case management system, following escalation procedures, and upholding service level agreements. Requires independent work, attention to privacy and confidentiality, and strong customer service skills with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish is required. Relocation is not necessary; opportunities exist across locations and functions within Smithfield.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
