Job Summary
HR Service Center Representative providing first-tier HR support via phone and case management tools; handles inquiries on HR policies, practices, tools, and processes; documents inquiries in the case management system; utilizes translation services for non-English inquiries; educates employees on online HR tools and self-service options; follows escalation processes and maintains SLA guidelines; performs administrative and data/records management; upholds confidentiality and privacy; supports One HR philosophy and contributes to a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
